Teaching Your Partner How To Treat You

Hi everyone! My hope is that you are having a new great year so far! It's 2011, can you believe that?

Well, I was thinking that a good way to kick off the year is by presenting to you a new video from the author of The Magic Of Making Up, "T. Dub" Jackson.

Just a quick note: While I love the advice Mr. Jackson provides in this video, I am not too fond of the title he gave it.

To me, saying you are going to "train" the man (or woman) in your life sounds too similar to the way you would refer to a pet.

Truthfully, the choice of wording for the title could be better, but the advice contained within this video is worth gold.

So please enjoy and again, I wish you much success in the new year!

Update!

Well, I am very pleased to report that the author, T.W. Jackson (also known with much affection as "T-Dub") of The Magic of Making Up, has added an audio version of the system!!

I think this is a very worthy addition because many of us have hectic lives which includes daily commutes to our jobs, playing chauffeur to the children, etc.

Having an audio version of the system just makes it more convenient for people "on the go."

Also, "T-Dub" has just released a video which showcases one of the many reasons I highly recommend this relationship guide. Click below and enjoy!

Wishing you much success!

A Spotlight on the Magic of Making Up System

The author of The Magic of Making Up promises that using his system will enable you to win back your ex during or after a break up, separation, or divorce.

Also included is a section dedicated to those who do not desire reconciling with an ex, but simply want to move on with their lives in a healthy, positive fashion.

Since I am a pretty skeptical person to begin with, I did roll my eyes at reading the description of this product.

However, after having recently consoled a dear friend during her painful divorce, I thought that if this product lived up to a fraction of its claims, it would be worth the purchase price.

The Magic of Making Up is available through Clickbank for $39.00, a discount from the regular retail price of $99.00.

The system is available for immediate download after purchase in the popular PDF format.

The Magic of Making Up is written by author T. W. Jackson. The author eschews fluffy, flowery prose and writes in a succinct, concise, but conversational style that I found very refreshing.
Man giving woman a piggyback ride

Unlike many other "gurus," Mr. Jackson's prose gives the reader the impression that he is a very sincere, yet earnest person who is genuinely interested in helping others repair their relationship.

Consequently, it is important to note that even though the main focus of the guide is the reconciliation of estranged couples, the communication skills described can be used by any couple to strengthen the bond of their relationship.

The author uses what is described as a "three-stage" approach in revealing his method for winning back one's partner.

I found the layout to be logical, methodical, and very well thought out.

The three segments the system is divided into are as follows:

  1. Examining the core reasons lovers leave each other. The author calls it the "Understanding" stage.
  2. The second stage deals with the importance of gaining control of one's emotions when coping with a break up in order to make decisions with a clear mind.
  3. The third and final stage in The Magic of Making Up system entails the close examination of the reader's own relationship. In doing so, the author provides tips, tools, and strategies the reader can use to foster a reconciliation with their partner.

The system begins with a detailed exploration of the different reasons women and men have for leaving a relationship. This section was surprisingly enlightening and thought provoking.

In the second section of the system, the author proposes a radical approach to dealing with the negative emotions one tends to have after a break up: taking at least a month's separation away from one's ex. That means no contact with one's ex via in person, by telephone, email or text.

Young Woman

Why?

The author asserts that time away from one's ex is needed to gain control of negative emotions such as fear and desperation.

Reacting to such emotions lead many to make poor decisions in dealing with their ex which can further damage the relationship.

The author then proceeds to campaign to the reader that they use their time of separation from their ex to not only reflect on their relationship, but also to their take care of themselves both mentally and physically.

During this time of separation, the author advises the reader:

  • follows a plan of physical fitness with diet and exercise
  • re-discover hobbies and explore new interests, such as photography or art
  • maintain connections with family and friends

... and this is just a sample of the information found in this stage of the system.

Furthermore, I feel it is very commendable that this system strongly advocates the reader maintain both their physical and mental well being while coping with a break up.

After the time of separation has passed, the author gives detailed strategies in initiating contact with their ex and how to broach the subject of a possible reconciliation.

Also of important note, there is a special section dedicated to the key subject of if/when one should resume a sexual relationship with an ex. Highly recommended reading!

This reader found those strategies to be practical, unconventional, clever, but above all, respectful of the other party's wishes in regard to a reconciliation.

However, I would be remiss in neglecting the fact that throughout this course, the author gently reminds the reader not all relationships can be saved, nor should they be.

For those who discover their relationship may not be salvageable, the author reminds us that life is full of possibilities to those who remain open to them.

He also gives solid advice on how to accept the end of a relationship with dignity and grace.

In Summary here are both the pro' s and con this reader found in examining the Magic of Making Up System:

PROS

  1. Logical, well-produced and well-thought out layout of information
  2. Written with a clear, concise yet conversational prose style
  3. Major focus on the importance of maintaining one's physical and mental well being during a break up.
  4. Thoughtful, practical, yet unconventional strategies for re-connecting with one's partner.
  5. Advice on dealing with rejection with grace and style.

CONS

  1. The title is a little misleading since the guide is not only for those wanting to make up with an ex, but also for those who just want to get past a break up and move on.
  2. At the time of this review, The Magic of Making Up system was available in PDF format only. An additional audio copy made available on MP3 or CD for listening on the go would be an ideal addition.
  3. The subject of long distance relationships is not touched upon.
  4. May not be suitable for those in relationships where children and finances are a major factor.

All in all, I give The Magic of Making Up system my highest recommendation.
